Buying Assistant Internship

accessories has an internship opportunity position available within the buying team. This is a

Key Responsibilities:
• Purchase order entry
• Frequently communicate with vendors concerning purchase orders, deliveries, and any
anticipated problems.
• Create and maintain weekly sales reports
• Correspondence with Operation and Production Departments
• Accurately input price changes on incoming merchandise in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing a degree in the Retail or Fashion industry
• Exceptional computer skills, mainly Microsoft Office (strong working knowledge of Excel)
• Ability to work efficiently and prioritize multiple tasks
• Responsible self-starter, innovative thinker, detail oriented
• Strong Communication skills and organizational skills
• Ability to work in fast paced growing environment
