Job Description
Account Manager Position Summary The Account Manager will be responsible for all communication with the company’s clients, including consulting, support, some project management, and addressing their day-to-day needs. The ideal candidate will combine an intense will to succeed with the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities under tight deadlines, the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and with excellent communication and organizational skills. We are looking for someone who is a creative problem solver and people person who can enjoy working in a cutting edge start-up environment. This position is based in New York. Responsibilities Maintain strong client and partner relationships, resulting in increased customer loyalty and retention. Evaluate client requests and initiatives to determine the best course of action. Pro-actively identify project issues and assist in the resolution by navigating the troubleshooting through the organization. Deliver product updates and best practices during scheduled meetings with clients. Manage and administer, when expected by client, clients solutions using Crisp tools and its content management system. Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and bring new ideas to clients on an ongoing basis. Work with project management, development, and sales prior, during, and after a project launch to insure client objectives are met in all areas. Transition and communicate client requests to Crisp’s support and development teams Organize on-going schedules, milestones, and scope of deliverables for project enhancements Demonstrate and educate external and internal team members on capabilities of Crisp products Edit/proof project related documentation and information created for clients Position Requirements: 3+ years as a client-facing project/account manager for a high-tech software company Prior experience working on projects for customers in media, entertainment, or online retail Mobile experience is a considerable advantage Management experience is an advantage Some programming experience is an advantage 4-year college Bachelor's Degree 5 years of work experience Proven verbal and written communication skills as well as experience acting as a liaison between the internal development organization and customers For the right individual, this will be the chance to work in a dynamic and thriving company in an industry with tremendous growth potential.
